Well, here's a
IMMEDIATE fix for the rider's hands.
Make sure you are safe, and if
you are a junior, injured or nervous, then make sure someone is with you,
but then turn out your arena lights, or ride just on sunset, with two little
tiny torches in your hands.
After all the years I have
had training riders, this is one of the fastest, easiest ways to improve the
rider's hands.
This is what's called BIOFEEDBACK. Biofeedback is
when you use some kind of external monitor to measure and bring your attention
that a particular area of your body.
You don't need sophisticated
digital real-time pictures to analyse your every movement...just two little
flashlights will tell you all you need to know:
